Cape Computer
offers custom-built computers at incredible prices. Our philosophy is to install
only new, brand-name components and back-up our sales with friendly and helpful
service. Our retail store is conveniently located on busy Route 151 in Mashpee
between Dunkin' Donuts and ProCuts. Customers can also purchase a home, have
their nails professionally done, get a cellular phone and buy a great pizza
at the other stores in the Brickyard Marketplace.
Prices
We revamped our price structure in May by lowering profits
in expectation of increasing our sales volume. We also added AMD
Athlon central processing units to our inventory as many hard-core
and knowledgeable customers wanted the speed and power of this
processor. It worked! Cape Computer successfully competes in price
with the major chain retail stores in Hyannis and Falmouth plus
we offer something they do not—service and a knowledgeable
sfaff.
Repair
Cape Computer services all brands of PCs. Most repairs are done
within one to two days. Christopher is an A+ Certified Computer
Repair Technician and Cape Computer is an Authorized A+ Repair
Center. Gordon handles much of the software repairs and networking
problems and is an A+ Certified IT Technician, a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator in
addition to being Network+ certified.
Our repair rates are the lowest on Cape Cod. The purpose is to
provide high quality service at affordable rates. Not everyone can
afford $90 per hour for computer repair! That's why we charge only
$65 per hour — but we bill for what we work. What's more fair
than that?
Business Support
More and more small businesses in the Mashpee—East Falmouth—Hyannis
areas are finding that Cape Computer offers a full range of computer
services at fair and reasonable prices. Our work includes IT management,
networking design and installation, cleaning and maintenance and
repairing problems from past support people.
